Davis Agnor Rapaport Skalny were hired to help to settle an estate when the "personal representative" had problems. There were two minor complications, but settling the estate cost nearly 13% of the estate, took almost 2 years (the process has already gone on close to 1 1/2 years before they started), and $15,000 involved sending e-mails, mostly to reply to us asking why it was taking so long. They were not communicative and provided little information. Do not settle an estate using this organization.
Angela Grau advertises as a protector of the vulnerable, yet her assistant requested a credit card number from someone other than the client. Megan then $10,000 on the vulnerable widow's card without the elderly widow's knowledge of consent. Megan's phone number is from New Hampshire, yet she works though an in Maryland. Anyone who 'works' in a law office or any business, must know the credit card can only be authorized by the authorized representative; the client. It was neither.
