RecommendedIf you need a new primary care provider, Dr. Kennedy is absolutely perfect. He listens, and cares for his patients. The facilities are always clean and neat. The staff are extremely kind. Great place for medical care.

A Spanish or dark skin nurse Refusing to care for 5 month baby. I will not come here again. But the receptionist was really nice and sweet and understanding. I had been over exhausted and I understand go fit but I needed my mother there to help make decisions for my infant because I wasn't capable. I dropped my bags in frustration and this nurse turned around and said "I don't need to take you in I don't have to do anything, you will not talk to me like that" I asked her to find someone who would pantry refused and had for s... read more

I was literally dismissed and sent home while suffering a HEART ATTACK. No one bothered to read the EKG/ECG until the next day. My sister made many calls to the administrators and patient advocates, but nothing was done to resolve this. After years of good experiences here, I was treated horribly! I sat in the ER being discharged when it wasn't safe for me to go home yet. No one would help me. I had come from an Indiana hospital who had just done a heart procedure on me that morning and diagnosed heart failure. The bandages ... read more

Patient billing is a joke. I think it's stupid they can't work with me on my bill. I've made a payment every month. I'm sure I was overcharged. I called to make an offer and they would only go 30%. They will sell my account to collections for pennies on the dollar but won't give me a break. I guess the tax write off means more to them.
