I was in contact with this business for almost 2 months regarding my event and was told there was no deadline for payment on the hall. As I was making my final payments the day before my event I’m told they “overbooked” for the day I requested almost 2 MONTHS ago and they had no written record of my original payment, (even though they accepted another payment just that morning via cashapp and we were in communication several times throughout this process) didn’t know what time my event was or what name it was reserved under.... read more
