Following a recent knee surgery and complications in my back, I needed to calm down the inflammation in my body. I had been stretching, going to pt, had injections...A friend recommended Mike to me. Mike really knows what he is doing and knew where the tension was that was causing so much pain. I will be going back soon to continue work on my problem areas. I had my first appointment with Tarina today. After my deep tissue massage, my neck feels great!
