I called in to order a chicken philly with fries. I was told to come pick it up in 15 minutes. When I got there I still had to wait 15 more minutes for my food to be ready which wasn't too much of a problem. The problem is when the food was finally ready I saw the cook look down and asked who is this for looking down at the sandwich probably knowing the chicken on it was burnt. This was my first time ever ordering anything from this place. I haven't even touched the food yet so I have no idea how it tastes. The service was SO BAD that I didn't even want the food anymore more but unfortunately DoorDash won't honor a refund nor will the restaurant. We hired the Da Vinci’s New York Pizza food truck in McDonough for a party at our home, and they were amazing! Even in the June heat, Tony had a smile on his face the entire time and provided excellent service to all of our guests. The pizza and pasta served fresh from the truck were absolutely delicious, and everyone at the party loved the food. Tony helped make the event feel easy, fun, and special from beginning to end.
