We booked this room for a quick meeting during a long layover in Chicago. It was about half an hour from the airport but gave us adequate room to comfortably practice our presentation. They had a whiteboard and projector that we used extensively. The room was well lit and quiet which was perfect for our needs. We will use this room again in the future.
I booked this conference room so that some fellow graduate students and I (visiting from out of the country) could participate in a video conference. I used the Davinci Meeting Room booking service to make my reservation, which made looking for a facility with video conferencing easy. The communication and customer service both leading up to and on the day of my reservation was great! If in the area, this meeting room is a good choice.
