Absolutely unacceptable—1 star is far too generous. I reserved a conference room in Lauderdale for the 11th, and the experience was a complete disaster. The building was nearly vacant, the office door was locked, and DaVinci staff couldn’t even confirm they had an active contract with the supposed office provider.
