Very good company, they delivered what they promised.
This builder does not respect neighboring property owners. Put a fence on my property and has NOT removed it even after being told to because he measured wrong. When I asked a worker on site I was told it was not a “today” thing. I’ve called multiple times & text with no response. We received 1 message saying they will address it but left no call back number & called from unknown number. Having a 3.7 rating says a lot about the lack of respect and quality of this company.
I have had numerous issues with my brand new build from Davila and when I tried to reach out to them nobody would contact me back. From sunken in floors on my second story, bathroom shower tiles not properly done preventing it from draining properly, bathroom sinks missing lines for overflow drainage, electrical wiring not properly done and forcing me to use an extension cord to run my dishwasher, I can literally go through the entire house and find issues that should not be present on a BRAND NEW build. I've been extremely disappointed with the quality and response from Davila. We've had numerous warranty issues over the 1.5 years of moving into our new build - the most concerning being foundational cracks in our various showerwall and floor tiles, which occurred multiple times and took months for Davila to properly fix. Now they refuse to do any work unless I formally go through the 2-10 Warranty service - which when my plumbing started to get backed up due to an incorrect septic electrical system set-up, they would not do... read more
