Horrible office management. Bills get miscoded and testing samples go missing. Billing will give you the run around until you FORCE them into a conference call with your insurance representative. Chief complaint is the missing samples because that is extremely unprofessional of a medical office. Two weeks later I call to check in on my results, just to learn the office ”never got” my sample because “no one walked me back”. Friday was my first visit with Dr. Thomas Davis. He was just great. I cannot say the same thing about his employee/employees that answer the phones and work the front desk. No one smiles or acknowledges you when you walk in and don't even tell you need to sign in for the doctor visit. Not mention the unpleasant faces they make when you are simply asking a question. I have been calling all week and you can tell the person that answers the phone is just not in the mood to help you and tells me no one is available to call back.... read more
No regards for “New” patients! Seems like you are looked over as other patients are seen! Poor first impression! He was also LATE!!! Staff socializing and choosing when to call patients to call. Takes you back for vitals, sends you back into Waiting room for MORE waiting!
