I was very lucky to find Dr. Davies when I went through early menopause at the age of 40. He was kind and caring as well as competent and always had time for a chat. I am now a healthy 75 year old and I give much credit for that to the regime of plant-based HRT that he prescribed for me and I took for 20 years. Thank you, Dr. Davies. I hope you are well. Horrible office management. Bills get miscoded and testing samples go missing. Billing will give you the run around until you FORCE them into a conference call with your insurance representative. Chief complaint is the missing samples because that is extremely unprofessional of a medical office. Two weeks later I call to check in on my results, just to learn the office ”never got” my sample because “no one walked me back”. Friday was my first visit with Dr. Thomas Davis. He was just great. I cannot say the same thing about his employee/employees that answer the phones and work the front desk. No one smiles or acknowledges you when you walk in and don't even tell you need to sign in for the doctor visit. Not mention the unpleasant faces they make when you are simply asking a question. I have been calling all week and you can tell the person that answers the phone is just not in the mood to help you and tells me no one is available to call back.... read more
