This wonderful father son team saved us from catastrophe. My husband, adult son and I were camping 40 minutes' drive away. We were just arriving into Porthmadog when we heard a extremely loud noise. We pulled into the petrol station. It was a Monday afternoon in the pouring rain. Our son figured out that the suspension on our car had gone. It was almost 4pm. Saved by Dyl in our hour of need! Had a terrible knock underneath our T6, only to find a missing lower nut and bolt on the rear suspension damper. Dyl, said he would call me later that night. True to his word, he did. Fitted the replacement item within 30 mins. Would have paid the earth but he didn't want that!! Can't reccomend this garage enough!!!
Good engine diagnostics and really knowledgeable and switched on mechanic who doesn't charge the earth and talks to you in laymen terms if needed. Recommend.
I stupidly managed to lock my car keys in the boot and they couldn't be more helpful and managed to unlock the doors for me. I was on holiday and if I need a garage when on hols again I know where I will go. Thank you very much.
