We rented a cooling machine after my wife’s hip operation and they were excellent especially Shelley
Absolutely fantastic service. Needed a walker for my elderly dad. They showed me a few options and we decided on renting one for a month to decide if we'd like to continue renting or purchase at a later date. They were so helpful. A month later we have chosen to purchase the walker outright and the whole process was seemless - I didn't even have to go in again to purchase it - everything was done by phone. Thank you for exceptional service !

I ordered compression socks on October 9 and they told me 2-3 weeks to receive. It’s November 21 and there’s still no sign of them. I’m not that annoyed they are delayed, I’m more so annoyed that no one told me. I had to stop by the store to inquire and the staff person had to call someone to try to figure it out. Shouldn’t a business have a record of what was ordered and if items are so behind they are more proactive to advise customers and find a solution?
