Worst customer service of any hardware store I've ever entered. I'm installing a window and needed glass cut so I called ahead and asked I'd they cut glass for a window and the guy said yes, bring it in. When I got there I told him I was there to have it cut and again asked me what it was for so I told him it was fir a window and I gave him the dimensions and he told me to bring it on in.
