I recently stopped at Davies Ford of Charleroi of an oil change, the friendly staff was very attentive and pointed out that my state inspection was past due. They were very busy but got me in and out in 45 min. Thanks to all.
Purchased a 2013 Escape from this dealership and felt at the time that I would have any and all work needed in the future done there. Recently made an appointment for an oil change early in the morning with hopes of getting in an out with an hour. An hour and forty-five minutes later I was on the road!!! Lynn Wooley is the most arrogant man I've ever dealt with. I was going to buy a 2013 ford escape. While I was waiting to make the deal, Lynn Wooley was cussing out one of his mechanics. After that I met with Mr. Wooley to sign the papers while the vehicle was getting cleaned. I walked out the door to drive the vehicle home. I noticed a nice size dent in the door.
