I have always had very good dealings with your company and Philomena is always very helpful.
We were shown a property ,by Ryan (sales advisor) Ryan was very friendly,gave us plenty of time to look around. Was able to answer all questions,and the ones he wasn't he soon found the answers and verified. So far so good......
Recently going to start renting a property from margerita this is mine and my partners first ever home. She has been amazing with her customer skills always on the other end of the phone when you need a few questions answered and also always emailing straight back she’s always very friendly and professional and never holds back on everything and gets the job done!

I've always had a good experience when dealing with Davies and Davies. I have, primarily, dealt with the lettings team, as I am a tenant but have popped into the office several times and engaged with people from sales also. Everybody has always greeted me with a smile and been happy to help. I also want to give an extra thanks to Margerita, who is not only very easy to engage with but is quick to respond to any queries and does so in a professional and courteous manner.
