Amazing boxing gym, been coming every day for about 6 months, got sober after years of battling addiction and this place has been the backbone of my recovery. All top lads in the gym and just a great place to train at. Thanks lads
I had my second session here today, I'm completely new to boxing, and this gym is absolutely brilliant. Mix of ages, the coaches are the nicest guys you could hope to meet, motivating without pressure, encouraging, keeping an eye on everyone, making sure nobody feels under pressure, can't praise them highly enough. 2 sessions a week, £6 a time, and they also run technique coaching sessions at weekends for £20. 100% recommend to anyone wanting to try boxing, and I'm feeling the fitness benefits already.
