Great experience Ordered a Bosch washing machine on Monday, delivered and installed on Wednesday. Quick, easy sale, no pressure to buy an extended warranty, and a great price. Very pleased and would buy from them again in an instant.
To Eric J. Let me give you a little education. All appliance stores have the same policies and no matter what store you buy appliances from they will direct you to a local servicer because that is what a manufacturer warranty is for. These things sometimes take a little time because they are not organized under one roof. If the appliance is clearly damaged and cannot be repaired you have every right for a replacement under warranty and no store would deny you of this because they all know the manufacturer will eat the loss. ... read more
Terrible Customer Service We moved into a new home with a brand new refrigerator purchased from Davies. Plugged it in and it doesn't get cold. Called Davies. They made us call a repair service. It took a week for the repair guys to come out (in the meantime we have no refrigerator). The repairmen told us that there was a production assembly defect and the compressor is defective. Lowest Prices We've remodeled two kitchens, and in both instances bought all our appliances through Davies. I compared appliances on the internet first to learn which brands/types I wanted to buy, then I got on various price-comparison sites to find the lowest prices (including shipping) of those models. I then called Davies to learn their prices, and found that they were the best of all. Their delivery was timely, they picked up old appliances, and the salespeople were very knowledgeable.
