The vet is so good and loves animals but those women at the front desk Oh boy, so rude and unprofessional. They gotta do something!!
Think twice before having a serious procedure completed here. Our dog has been seen here since he was a pup, no surprises in his personality. Our dog had a bilateral TPLO surgery because he tore both CCL's in his back legs. What followed was a series of promised phone calls, canceled appointments (by them) and either no communication or miscommunication with NO empathy for the dog or us. RecommendedThey seem to go out of there way to accommodate our needs even as a new client. I just wish this Covid thing wasn't allowing us to show our appreciation and prevent us from meeting the doctors face to face. The doctors seem very compassionate, positive and thorough. I will say that I have encountered some staff that came across a little short or un-necessarily or overly direct but all in all most of the seem to be compassionate and great upon check out. Thank you for all you do and for being so attentive to my fur babies.

Our boston terrier, Zoey, just had a major surgery with a long recovery! Davies and all of their staff were wonderful! Thank You
We have used Davies for 8 years and have received quality care for all our cats and dogs. The new staff has done a great job transitioning in and we have no complaints. Also, the facelift outside and remodeling inside look great! Thanks Davies for being so supportive over the years!

Awful and over charged. Dr. Black let my dogs leg to get infected from surgery. And he suffered for months. Had to be put down from suffering. If you love your pet don't dare go here.
Very nice and compassionate! Every visit has even informative and helpful during stressful times. The only bad thing is you must allow 2-4 days to get a refill. (Once 5 days) Not a good thing for seizure medication. But other than that, they really are a helpful caring staff.
EVERYONE is beyond awesome! I've been there three times in 3-weeks, three different dogs.
