My husband and I recently had a roof inspection. The inspector was very respectful, informative, and thorough. I couldn't have asked for a better inspector.
This company is definitely not sitting well wit me at all I’m a single mother and was trying get so much help .. With them going to the body shop saying my car is a totally lost plus on top of that Eddie will never give you a call also wit Linda I have reach out to head quarters and they will say a higher areas will give you a call plus Delila key will give you the run arounds until you show poof one thing I will always have my back up . I would give 0 stars if I could. On 7/18/23 a EF-0 tornado ended 1/4 mile from my subdivision and we sustained high winds. My roof lost a sheet of shingles measuring 13” x 39”. Davies stated they would be at my home at 2 pm on 7/26/23. Instead they called at noon and arrived early when I was not at home. Then reported to USAA that it was normal wear and tear and there was no interior damage. Would give 0 stars if it would let me. This place is the biggest joke. Donna and Susan are the rudest people you will ever speak to. CUSTOMER SERVICE at this place really needs some work. They will tell you they will call/get back with you and they never do. Terrible business.
