Booked online and there were a few hiccups with the process however after speaking with Katie and Kylee it was resolved. They were very understanding of the issue, accommodating and professional. I would recommend BlueGate over any storage companies I’ve dealt with over the years. Even if you have a bit of a drive to the nearest BlueGate facility it’s worth it in my opinion. Thank ladies
We had no problem with the previous owners and security gates were locked at all times. Blue Gate has taken over the facility and they allow anyone to come on the grounds and select a spot. We took my car out of our spot that we are paying for. We returned later to find that a small class C with FL tag is now in our spot. My husband texted Blue Gate on Saturday April 26, 2025 with pictures of the vehicle. He has had to call several times to get any answers but they have done NOTHING.
