I am very satisfied with my recent experience with BlueGate Storage .The manager and staff were very helpful and patient with my needs.
Do not use this company or facility. The original owners were great, Bluegate took it over and its fallen apart. I am currently trying to call and cancel my rental and cannot get a hold of anyone. I have emailed multiple emails and called days in a row and there is zero customer service. The gate has not worked in over a week, meaning that the facility is not secure. Really disappointed to return from a 12 day camping trip to find a motorhome parked in my rented space. Beyond disappointing, it’s unacceptable. NOT A HAPPY CAMPER……
