Do not use this company or facility. The original owners were great, Bluegate took it over and its fallen apart. I am currently trying to call and cancel my rental and cannot get a hold of anyone. I have emailed multiple emails and called days in a row and there is zero customer service. The gate has not worked in over a week, meaning that the facility is not secure. Really disappointed to return from a 12 day camping trip to find a motorhome parked in my rented space. Beyond disappointing, it’s unacceptable. NOT A HAPPY CAMPER……

I have been renting a space in Advance, NC for over a year now and since Bluegate bought out the original owner the customer service has tanked. I had my motorhome in the shop for a couple of months and Bluegate has allowed someone to use half my space for almost 2 months. I notified them of the problem on the 28th of April and was told they would take care of it. It is now the 5th of June and the camper is still parked in my space.
