Ugh poor communication from this company in Manukau. Extremely hard to get through to them via phone call. Front desk lady’s seem to have no customer service skills at all???? During my experience with this company, I encountered several issues that left me extremely dissatisfied. To begin with, the customer service at the front desk was very rude and unhelpful. The lack of communication throughout the process was unacceptable. I was told I would be informed once my vehicle arrived, but despite repeated attempts to get an update, I received no communication for 12 days.
