Ugh poor communication from this company in Manukau. Extremely hard to get through to them via phone call. Front desk lady’s seem to have no customer service skills at all???? When I took my car in for my recent service, there were 3 lady’s at the front desk. 1 lady was helping another customer and eventually helped me who seemed nice but the other 2 were talking about their weekend. 1 girl who was doing all the chatting literally looked at me standing there and just continued chatting??
