Anna was wonderful and super helpful. Beautiful selection of bridal wear. They had their sample sale on too which gave some good discount on dresses and accessories.
Absolutely stunning bridal boutique. The dresses are incredibly stylish, modern, and beautifully made with high-quality materials. The jewelry and accessories are also gorgeous and very thoughtfully selected. The whole experience felt so special, elegant, welcoming, and genuinely enjoyable. I’ve honestly never felt compelled to leave a bad review before, but my experience felt deceptive. Communication felt careless from the start, I was called by the wrong name twice over email, even though I signed every message with my name. Email responses also felt dismissive, & AI generated. I placed an order on March 3 with delivery to Argentina via DHL express (1–3 business days). I paid extra for express shipping, yet as of March 25, I still have not received my package. I have contacted the owner, Inga, and the showroom multiple times, but no one has responded. The complete lack of communication and responsibility is unacceptable.
