I absolutely love this tea and order it regularly. I drink the earl grey with lavender every morning. I’m sorry that so many reviews have had problems with customer service, but so far I have not had any issues and have been ordering from here for years.
Horrendous customer service, if it was possible to put no stars, I would have. I ordered back in December and was sent the wrong item. Communicated multiple times trying to get a solution and now have been essentially ghosted. Do NOT order from their website if you can help it.
Amazing, their Ginger Spice might be my favorite! Looking forward to trying more of their products over time.
Ordered for the first time with this company through Amazon. I did not receive the item I ordered but received a totally different Item. You can not return teas the website is not taking the request for a replacement so I am stuck with something I did not order. Very disappointing as I was looking forward to seeing the quality of this brand. Two stars give because in did arrive in a timely fashion - sadly what I received is a caffeinated tea so I am not able to use because I only drink herbal non-caffeinated teas.
