If I could give you 0 stars I would. Website said paragon fairy floss was available. drove 1.5 hrs to come purchase only to be told sorry that was supposed to be taken off last week . Very unprofessional. Stay clear don't wast your time .
I’m leaving a 5 star review for the level of service I have received from Ray and the team. I was looking for some new fairy floss equipment as my current supplier had no stock, parts or time to service our equipment. Ray was able to offer me a solution, ensured they had the capacity to meet our requirements and has been available to assist with after purchase service. Ray responds to email quickly and is pleasant to deal with.
