Management is terrible! I call in over a driver acting manic in his truck towards me and the response I got was “two sides to every story”. There are 10 red lights in tarrant and this driver decided to start blowing his horn and acting a fool in his cab as soon as the light changed. They obviously need to manage time better if their drivers are in that big of a rush. The man only had one hand that was useful for driving as the other one was occupied with his smoking. Lack of self awareness, integrity, and sympathy. I was hit and run by one of these truck drivers, report filed with ALEA. The owner nor the truck driver ever acknowledged the accident(02-29-24), owner even told the state trooper i was “lying”. Its been a over a week and i haven't heard back from this company after the report. STEER clear from this shady business..literally.
