Our trailer suffered significant damage after being rear-ended and was not deemed roadworthy. Todd Davidson reviewed the damage and recommended welding and other materials to stop any further damage. The repairs were done within 5-6 hours and my loaded trailer was sent safely on it's way to delivery. The help was fantastic and well appreciated. Thanks so much for a very timely, professional job.
Lady on the phone was really nice! She was also friendly when we arrived. The actual mechanic came out to look at our vehicle, heard our description of the problem. He decided that topping up our transmission fluid would be sufficient and that the over heating was "probably becuase it was hot outside". Anyway, we get about 5 minutes down the road and our tranmission completely fails and we have been dealing with Uhaul and ended up needing to purchase hotel rooms. And we're out the $9 for the transmission fluid lol
Don’t know why they are not improving their services. Extra charges and rude behaviour. Todd- very bad experience
I had a very disappointing experience with this davidson truck Their service was unprofessional, unreliable, and far below expectations. They showed a complete lack of respect for time and customers. Communication was poor, and instead of solving issues, they only made things worse they gave me estimated for hub seal leak for my truck 400$ to 500$ and 2 hours job and i got the bill 2500$ and the staff speak very rudely
1 star is the least I can give otherwise it would be a 0 star
