I'm selling my duplex and hired Greg to paint my lower apartment. Its from the 1930's with all the original wood detailing and radiators. Half the baseboards and door frames are natural and half were painted by a previous owner. Along with painting the walls, I asked him to touch up the painted baseboards and the two door frames that were peeling the worst.
