I do not recommend using this attorney. * poor performance I am designated executor in a will. Although the will is not complicated, I hired Mr. Davidson to provide the proper paperwork to the probate court; to navigate what to me, a neophyte, is a complex and precarious course. Once the probate process has started, the court provides a timeline for when it must receive the requisite paperwork for each step in the process.
