We had high hopes for Davidson, but sadly the services and customer care we received were unacceptable. Think twice before signing a contract with this company if you can’t see how they work first. They cut our grass way too short, nearly killed it! Then they did not edge, weed eat or blow off grass clippings. Lawn care services are not cheap. Service was great last summer , but communication is absolutely horrible. I have been reaching out to them since last fall and leaving voicemails. I’ll call and tell them I’d like a quote , they’ll get my number and address and say they’ll call back and it’s crickets for months. Tried again for the last time ; left a voicemail weeks ago , called back and said i was waiting for a call for a quote and she told me she’d call me back tomorrow. This was 2 weeks ago.
