The WORST EVER! I hired Kenneth E. Davidson and I had to replace him before we were even half way through with our dispute. He went against my wishes at almost ever turn and was very unprofessional. He showed up 20 minutes late to an important meeting with the opposing counsel. I give him negative stars. I was very disappointed with his work and would not recommend him to anyone.

Very very dishonest and borderline criminal. His office is very unprofessional and his collection tactics are deceptive. I am surprised that companies continue to use the services from this office. I would not doubt that this office is shut down of sued for fraudulent collection practices soon.

These guys have either an extreme lack of communication between each other or they are flat out liars. I had a check that bounced which I take full responsibility for. They filed a lawsuit for about 5 times the amount of the check. Shady but fine I accept that. I called and made payment arrangements to prevent the lawsuit. The total amount that I would have to pay was about $350 over two months. And the case would not be taken to court to avoid the judgment on my credit. A $5 check that I wrote for my child's school lunch bounced and thanks to the law office of Ken Davidson it resulted in a judgement of thousands of dollars. That despite the fact I had paid the amount of the check directly to the school in cash! (They wouldn't apply it-D11 uses a check company) All throughout the process I was sure that sanity would prevail....but now I am accumulating 8% interest on thousands of fees Mr. Davidson added on, and I can never hope to pay this. Absolutely, heartless! – Total classless office! Will pursue you for every penny legally possible! Some of you are thinking "Well, if you owe it, pay it!" This is true, but sometimes financial problems occur, especially in 2008 - for me! Lost my job, my home, car, and almost lost my sanity! heartless – very condescending, patronizing, power-hungry, incompassionate attorney; epitomizes "shark" and misuses the system's power. clearly operates from a place of assuming people owe bad debt due to being second-class, irresponsible citizens, and has no consideration that bad times and, in my case, unjust circumstances fall on good people. i suppose, however, you'd have to make those kinds of assumptions about humanity in order to sleep comfortably at night.

Rude Attorney – I have to say that attorney Kenneth E Davidson is a very rude attorney and has no customer service skills and doesnt care about anything except getting paid. We tried to work with him in regards to a judgement and he actually yelled into the phone and threatened further action and didnt care at all about what we had to say. Had my wife in tears and continued to belittle to the point where she was hysterical. She is currently unemployed and pregnant but he did not care.
