Beware your prescriptions at this practice! I'm in the middle of trying to get my prescriptions right at my pharmacy (CVS) for the third time in three visits (multiple issues each time). The first two times not all of my prescriptions were sent to the pharmacy. When I had the pharmacy contact them and when I called I still didn't get everything and what I did was for only one month when my appointments are every three months. Unknown whether she or the office staff is the problem. History of lost messages and no call backs. Recently called for records as I am switching doctors, followed with a fax granting permission. Records not available and office denied receiving phone call and fax. They later admitted to finding fax but still no records.
