First let me say, I love my house!!!! I live in River Ranch Meadows and we love it here. Our house is now a home. We decided to go with Davidson Homes once we saw the model and walked through our current home. Davidson has several builds to choose from that are just gorgeous homes. With Davidson Homes there were a bunch of amenities that the other builders offer at an extra cost. Davidson home is a real nice place to live builder. Josh is very nice and professional here. Call me every time you go. You don’t have to worry about Josh. I would recommend Davidson Homes to anybody who is looking for a home to live especially if Josh has to be around thank you.
Great & peaceful community, Davidson Homes has a bunch of beautiful homes very spacious. Kyle the seller & Josh the Construction Manager were very great and helpful. They answered all questions i asked. Anything i needed fixed/done at the house they were on it quickly with very great outcome. Craftsmanship on building the house 10/10. Definitely recommend to get your house with Davidson Homes.
Seller (Kyle) and construction manager (Josh) are great people to work with! Very communicative throughout the entire process, very timely, and helpful! Very happy with our purchase and have been recommending them to family and friends.
