Nice ranch houses. Builder stays on top of any issues. These houses are built well.
It is a horrible experience that my husband and I have had, we made the mistake of signing the closing pending the solution of problems in the house, during the entire construction process we were letting our concerns be known in this regard, the construction company promised that they would be solved of this 7 months ago and they still continue without giving a solution that really eliminates the problem that is quite serious, the complaints are worthless, the emails with our complaints to the entire warranty department and... read more
My client just went under contract for one of these homes and so far has had a terrific experience. Tiffany is extremely professional and great to work with. The homes are beautiful and thoughtfully designed. I definitely would recommend!
