They were able to schedule me right away, and Joe, the technician, arrived within about an hour of my call. Joe quickly diagnosed the issue and replaced the capacitor, getting my AC back up and running the same morning. I also signed up for their HVAC maintenance program, which provided a discount on the repair and will help me stay on top of future maintenance. They have been out 4 times on maintenance call for no cooling. They say they find the problem. It works for a short time then it stops working. I'm wondering their techs ability to troubleshoot problemsand make repairs.New installation almost anyone can do.
