I recently took my elderly mother to an Audiologist at the Davidson Hearing Centre in Cornwall. Mom was a little apprehensive about having impacted earwax removed as a previous experience elsewhere had left her ears tender and the procedure had not been very pleasant. Heather, who had just returned from a house call, was so gentle. She took her time to explain to Mom exactly what she would be doing.
