Staff is efficient and friendly. Took the time to explain the process and and were courteous in all interactions.
Wanted $100 for ear wax removal for ONE ear, last time it was around $50. Went to HearingLife instead, $57 tax included.
I dropped in unannounced with a small problem and Amy dealt with me graciously and solved the problem. I was out of there quickly. Thank you Amy

There professional approach that myself and my wife experience was above and beyond. Amy Holder was our Specialist and one of the best people I have ever dealt with her approach and knowledge of the process is exceptional.
