After doing an inspection on a 1yr old trailer that had a suspension arm bolt just come loose and the entire axle assembly slid backwards. I found the quality of the build on the unit to be suboptimal. Only 1 of the frame bolts had been torque sealed and not only did the suspension arm bolt fall out, after further inspection the air bag nuts where about to fall off. So in conclusion the unit needs full suspension replacement and to have every single nut and bolt rechecked to make sure nothing else is loose.
