A wonderful Dr! I am always happy with the service I receive with Dr. Jewell. He is a very caring Dr that takes the time to hear your concerns, and he is always understanding. Now if we didn't have to wait so long in the waiting room! LOL
Owens-Jarrell Susan Md - First Charlotte Physicians I've been seeing Dr. Owens-Jarrell since I first moved to the Charlotte area 9 years ago. She's a wonderful doctor - good listener, takes time to answer questions and makes sure you understand anything that needs to be done. That being said, the clinic is a large clinic and it sometimes is a little difficult to get in to see her but her PAs and NPs are all great, as well.
Dont go Wouldnt recommend this doctor to my dog, doesnt listen dont care, doesnt help
Just Fresh A Bakery Cafe Presbyterian Hospital Great place for fresh salads, fruits, and sandwiches. Everything is freshly made each day. Try their Toffee cookies! They are available for catering and do a nice job of it for a buffet spread.
Impressed I'm so happy to have found Dr. Blount and now so is my step-daughter! He had NO issues with my wanting to participate in my care (I'm a RN) and he has obviously stayed UP TO DATE on all aspects of Family Medicine. He is never rushed, never makes me feel like I am bothering him asking questions. He has me on Forteo, injections for osteoporosis and I hope that they work for me. I'm picky, but think HIGHLY of Dr.Blount.
RN Dr. Blount is caring and takes all the time I need to answer questions. He is open to my assisting in my own healthcare (I'm a RN) which is very important to me. If he doesn't think something needs to be done, he says so and WHY. I have the utmost confidence and respect for him.
Mad as hell I could have died from the two blood clots incurred from an arthroscopy that normally takes 15 minutes! I got two free blood clots & six months of Coumadin shots. I also had to have the "surgery" RE-DONE six months later by an orthopedic doctor at another practice out of my pocket. I am STILL furious! I also know of another man this happened to LAST YEAR!
M Dr. Blount is a wonderful doctor who is very thorough and very concerned about any question you have for him. I have seen him for 25 years and he has helped my family and myself manage any and all health concerns we had.
Bad Customer Service Every time I have been to this doctor which has been about a half a dozen times I have spent atleast two hours in the office if not longer. Every time I call with a question or a refill on a prescription they do not call back promptly. There have been times they didn't call back at all and other times it took them 2-3 days to call back. They never call or mail you to tell you your year appointment is due, but when you call to refill a prescription they tell you that you have not been in in over a year an... read more
