He put stuff in my medical records that wasn't true. And didn't tell me some stuff that I should have known but he felt like I didn't need to know. When getting my records I was told he took out some papers that was mine to get. He wasn't there one day that I had a appointment with him they said I could see the other doctor but I refused to because that doctor said he didn't believe in migraines so why would I see him to just give them 180 dollars for nothing. I've been seeing Dr.Dan for over 40 years. He's the most caring Dr I've ever been to. He has always seem to be able to fix me no matter what ruff things I've been through.When all the other doctors give up on me he always knows just what to do. I thank God for blessing me to have him as my doctor. Janet Morrison
