Now it is time for renewal no one is answering and I've been calling for 3 weeks and now I have to go up there to give my renewal paperwork. They waited 2 weeks after I had the paperwork faxed to finally say they didn't get it! They act as if you are taking money out off their pockets!
The women at the reception desk who serve Spanish speakers are very rude and verbally abuse people. They should be moved to another office. They come with the same mentality of the countries where they were born . Very sad, but it's reality 😢 qq

This place is a completely joke.
Was in today shortly after open at 7:15. I came as a walk in which is fine according to the website. I would have scheduled but no one answers the phone during business hours. I was told at the window they don't deal with thrush??? It takes no time to diagnose, no special equipment. This place turns away English speakers, as best as I can tell. I needed nothing but a prescription written. Shame
