Called David's Vending way back in 1992, I told David I wanted a "Coke Machine" his reply was no you don't. He went on to explain that some people see "COKE" on the machine and their put off by it, and that goes for all different brands. His solution was a machine that simply said "Cold Drinks" and the rest is history. Over the years I've had virtually no problems other than the coin op part and the bill collector, which nobody could remedy. I have spoke to them once by phone and emailed them twice by email during 2-3 month period and the have never contacted me back even once! We are in Manchester in Los Angeles, and obtained the store about 3 years ago under new owner ship. The previous owner had purchased this junk from them, it does not work now and the keys were missing. I spoke with the operator and tried to set up an appointment for a coin jam in our vending machine. The operator says they are very busy that week and will call back to schedule a firm date for me. Well, this David guy calls back our business in 2 days to tell us that he is coming to repair the machine when appointment was not set up yet, and I was not at the office. He proceeded to get angry at my employee for breaking the appointment, and shows up the next day. He showed up with an air of rudeness and aloofness towards me.... read more
