Brian and King always do a great job.
Rude as hell I didn’t even get services but I walked to the office and no one was there he was currently working on a car. He didn’t even turn around when I said hi guys and started to ask about the services and he said to go to the side because he was busy it’s okay I’ll take my service elsewhere.
I gave this shop multiple chances to make things right, and each time they failed. I originally went in on a Friday for an alignment. One of the workers stayed after hours trying to get my caster into spec, which I appreciated. However, David wasn’t there to assist, and I was told that the caster they set was “the most the shop could do.” What makes this unacceptable is that my truck actually came in with more caster than it left with that day. Did a great job on my alignment. Also showed me whether my other bushings were ok to run with or needed to be replaced. Will definitely go back to them.
