Our carpets look better than ever, particularly due to the removal of several stubborn stains that other companies had failed to clean. They are back to being fluffy where they used to be stuck down and downtrodden. David is such a friendly guy who takes real pride in his work - we can't recommend him highly enough.

Terrible cleaning job and the carpet smelled musty afterwards. Tried to contact him to figure out if he needed to come back. He said he wouldn't do it again and hung up on me. Tried to call back and wouldn't answer the phone again. I now have to hire actual professionals to come clean.
