Rude staff. I called to ask about a quote and was told they had to call me back in 30 minutes. guess what? they never called back. I called the next day and got a rude older gentleman that seemed put out. I must have interrupted his afternoon nap.Â
The rates are the lowest I could find for my home and the Agent I spoke to was very helpful and polite.Â
