Please never ever order from this place . My fiance requested that the flowers be delivered on a Wednesday and they still delivered them on a diferente day where I was not present to receive them . They did not call or contact prior to delivering they also wrote on a note a personal apology letter . DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE . Terrible customer service .
The flowers were dry and also not what my girlfriend and I expected, the prices is not justified
Thank you for making a last minute online delivery happen and on a Sunday!! Much appreciated. Not quite what was expected by the photos online through Avas. Sourced last minute though so what's to be expected.
I’m so disappointed with the results. Not even close to what I ordered. I paid for premium just one rose was in the bouquet. My mom also ordered because I had ordered from them. So I also feel bad for my mom’s order. It clearly says “substitution made will be similar to the original design and be of equal or greater value” there was no equal or greater value. Pictures speak for themselves. I have family and friends in Midwest City we could have done future business.
