Extremely disappointed with my experience here. I visited this shop on March 7th at 10:00 a.m. with a valid Groupon. I spent 30 minutes waiting, which I was happy to do, but it was only after that wait that the staff member informed me they couldn't honor the Groupon because "only the owner, David" is authorized to process them. This policy wasn't mentioned anywhere and resulted in a complete waste of my morning. I purchased a Groupon for a haircut and beard trim, which was a great deal compared to typical barbershop prices in Orlando. I came in for a straightforward undercut—nothing extreme. When I arrived, I let the staff know I was there using a Groupon. There was no indication on Groupon that an appointment was required, and I was willing to wait.
