Was told to be there at 9:00 next day wud take 1 hr to fix, cost 100.00 arrived next day at 8:45, 15 min early. Waited in his driveway till 9:40, he never opened his door or acknowledge me at all. Came back next day at 3-4:00 they were there, told him I came by as instructed the day before and waited almost an hr. I asked if they had power probs or anything wrong, was told no they just didnt start work till in the afternoon. No apology for wasting my time after I had arranged ride etc. Or even a sorry.
