The five stars are for the quality of the car wash that I got, not for the quality of the atmosphere of the business. They are very different from each other. I was treated really well and that was awesome, the car wash was very inexpensive for the level of detail the car was given... but the waiting room and the office are a cluttered mess and very disorganized which made it uncomfortable to be there while waiting for my car.
