We hired David to consult on a potential basement finishing project. David spent almost two hours at our home and shared extremely valuable insights with us about how to approach the project and the potential pitfalls. The work didn’t stop there, as we continued communicating for the next week and he then provided us a quote to complete the project. David is professional, thorough, knowledgeable, and focused on the details. Highly recommend to others who don’t know where to start on a large project!
I contacted David and he came out the next day to consult on our aging house in need of some exterior updates. We had quotes within a couple of days and made the decision to hire him for the work. We highly recommend him to anyone in need of a contractor!
David came to look at a garage demo and rebuild project for a house in the Architectural district of downtown Saratoga, we looked at many different options for the rebuild and David was honest and intuitive about the scope , after many ideas were thrown around , and even though it would end up being a smaller(less expensive for me) project for David , we came to an agreed upon best way to go forward, I look forward to getting started (waiting on permits), highly recommended
David was so helpful. I called looking for an attic assessment for our trusses prior to having a new roof put on. I had sent him very clear pictures over text and he was able to give us a great understanding over the phone. He discussed various tips with us even knowing that we were going with a roofing contractor directly. I greatly appreciate the time and free advice provided!
