This location has a few employees who unfortunately should not be in the business. Allison O’Connor is mean, calculated, and two-faced. Her and her daughter acted like they were in high school and every experience I had with them was uncomfortable and disappointing, not only for me but my sister and mom as well, who also experienced their behavior. Disappointing Customer Service Experience at Davids Bridal: My recent visit to Davids Bridal, following a two-hour drive from Montreal, was met with an overwhelming disappointment due to the abysmal customer service. Despite the store being empty and three employees present, none of them showed any interest in assisting me.
