They do not deserve 1 star. I had to come in 3 times for dress alterations. A new dress was ordered, held for 3 weeks, showed up to my appointment and it wasn’t even altered. The first dress was completely slanted on the bottom. Told 3 people that it was not straight. Ended up keeping my old dress because I was completely over going back there. It was a nightmare and I lost loving my dress due to it.
